We listen and collaborate with you, the homeowner, to understand exactly what you want for your remodel. We develop a design and refine it based on your ideas and feedback. Once the design is finalized and you’ve chosen materials, we schedule your project and begin the build. We work on your project from start to finish with communication along the way.

I’m Ben, owner and general contractor of Oak & Grace along with my wife Trina. Trained as a carpenter’s apprentice, I’ve spent 20+ years in residential building — framing, outdoor living (decks, pergolas), and detail-driven interior remodels. I combine hands-on craftsmanship with professional rigor: I hold a General Residential Contractor license from the International Code Council and maintain the required Denver-area licenses. I design and read plans, coordinate subs, and solve any job-site issues. Trina handles details, client communication, and weighs in on artistic design.
We listen to homeowners, explain options along the way, anticipate any issues to avoid delays, focusing on durable, attractive, cost-effective outcomes. I stay current with codes and construction practices to ensure lasting performance.
