This primary bath had a large (unused) bathtub and a small walk-in shower. To make the space more usable, we removed the bathtub, expanded the shower footprint, added radiant heat under the tile floor, refreshed the paint on the original vanity, put in new quartz countertops, and added grab bars and a fold down seat for easier aging in place. There is even a towel warmer just outside of the shower!
